Please note that handmade beads vary slightly in size, colour and weight. While every effort is made to represent the products accurately, images shown may vary slightly from the actual product.

E-Beads is committed to protecting your privacy as an online customer. E-Beads does not under any circumstances, share or sell names or any other way distribute information about our online visitors. The information you provide will only be used to manage your purchases.

As an online store, E-Beads is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are ready to accept orders at any time. Its fast, easy, and its safe. At E-Beads we make every attempt to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order.

Delivery costs: The price for postage and packaging for orders to the UK is £1.95 and to Ireland is £4.45. The cost remains the same regardless of how many items your order contains. We use First Class Recorded Delivery for all purchases over £40. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Please contact us if you do not want your order to be sent Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, if you choose this option we cannot guarantee your items will be resent should they go missing in the post.

All purchases to Europe will be charged £4.45 and to all other international destinations will be charged £6.95.

We have free delivery for purchases over £50 in the UK.

1-2 Day Courier Service within the UK is £4.95 with no cut off time and guaranteed delivery with 2 working days of placing the order.

Next Business Day Delivery in the UK is £6.95 and Express Delivery to Ireland is £13.46 for all orders placed by 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery times: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, making UK delivery about 2-3 working days. However, during busy periods and public holidays, this may take longer.

Please allow 4-6 working days for postal delivery to Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services.

If your order is sent by Recorded Delivery (items over £40), we will include the Royal Mail tracking reference in the email informing you your order has been dispatched. Recorded Delivery items require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post Office to arrange collection.

If you would like your order delivered to you the following day with our Next Business Day Delivery service, we must receive the order by 3.30pm on a week day. Any orders received after this time or on the weekend will be dispatched the following business day. Next day delivery items all require a signature on receipt and have a tracking number.

Prices: Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

We want you to feel completely at ease doing business with us over the Internet. We know that security is a major concern to many of our customers therefore we use Barclaycard and Paypal as our online payment systems. Both use up-to-the-minute Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted to ensure the maximum protection. Your card details are not held on the Internet. Once payment has been validated and authorisation approved, the card details are deleted.

To increase the security of Internet transactions Visa and Mastercard have recently introduced 3D-Secure (like an online version of Chip and PIN). Depending on the card you have chosen to use, when you submit your card details, you may be asked by your card issuer for further authentication.

Discounts

Below is a guide to the discounts given to customers who buy repeatedly from our website. This excludes any wholesale or discounted items.  Aside from the discounts set out below, each group will also receive other rewards during the course of the year. Please contact us if you would like to be part of our loyalty scheme.

VAT Exemption

E-Beads is registered in the UK and as such can bill customers excluding VAT under the following circumstances:

• VAT registered customers within the EU, excluding the UK
• Customers who send us VAT numbers prior to placing an order
• Orders placed once we have agreed that it will be VAT exempt

Returns: We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
