Orders to EU countries will be received within 3-8 working days from the dispatch date. Please note this excludes weekends and Bank holidays. Any orders under € 60 EUR will not include a tracking number. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and that orders can take up to 15 working days in some instances, depending on location. Orders over € 60 EUR will be sent using recorded delivery and will arrive within 3-8 working days. A signature will be required on receipt. Orders over € 120 EUR will be sent using a courier service and should arrive within 2 working days. A signature will be required on receipt.

Express Delivery € 12,96 EUR
Delivered within 1-2 working days when you place your order before 3.30pm If you order by 3.30pm, Monday - Wednesday, you will receive your goods within the next 1-2 days. If you order anytime on Thursday before 3.30pm, you will receive your order on Friday or Monday. If you order on Friday before 3.30pm you will receive your order on Monday or Tuesday and if you order Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2-3 working days after. Please note that we do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware when you place your order! You will be sent a tracking number by email for this service. A signature will be required on receipt.

Delivery to the Rest of the World (Countries outside of the EU) € 8,90 EUR

Orders to the rest of the world will be received within 5-8 working days from the dispatch date. Please note this excludes weekends and Bank holidays. Any orders under € 60 EUR will not include a tracking number. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and that orders can take up to 15 working days in some instances, depending on location. Delivery will vary according to the speed of the local postal services. Orders over € 60 EUR will be sent using recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Additional Delivery Information There is NO minimum order quantity, you can order as much or as little as you wish! We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 24 hours of orders being placed between Monday-Friday before 3.30pm. Any orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on the Monday in most cases. Please note in some cases this may vary. All prices set out on the website include VAT at the current UK rate.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or miss-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
