Prices: Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current UK rate.  We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Delivery costs: : The price for postage and packaging for orders to the UK is £1.95 and to Ireland is £4.45. The cost remains the same regardless of how many items your order contains. We use First Class Recorded Delivery for all purchases over £40. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Please contact us if you do not want your order to be sent Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, if you choose this option we cannot guarantee your items will be resent should they go missing in the post.

All purchases to Europe will be charged £4.45 and to all other international destinations will be charged £6.95. 

We have free delivery for purchases over £50 in the UK.

1-2 Day Courier Service within the UK is £4.95 with no cut off time and guaranteed delivery with 2 working days of placing the order.

Next Business Day Delivery in the UK is £6.95 and Express Delivery to Ireland is £13.46 for all orders placed by 3.30pm Monday to Friday.  If you require Express Delivery to other destinations please contact us for more information. 

Next Business Day Delivery orders have to be received before 3:30pm to be sent on the same day, any orders received after this time will be sent the following day.

Delivery times : Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours making UK delivery about 2-3 working days. However, during busy periods and public holidays, this may take longer. 

Please allow 4-6 working days for postal delivery to Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services.

If your order is sent by Recorded Delivery (orders over £40), we will include the Royal Mail tracking reference in the email informing you your order has been dispatched. Recorded Delivery items require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post Office to arrange collection.

If you would like your order delivered to you the following day with our Next Business Day Delivery service, we must receive the order by 3.30pm on a week day. Any orders received after this time or on the weekend will be dispatched the following business day. Next day delivery items all require a signature on receipt and have a tracking number.

• Orders up to £39.99 will be sent using first class post.
• Orders between £40 and £100 will be sent using Recorded Delivery and will require a signature.
• Orders over £100 will be sent using either a courier service or Special Delivery Service with Royal Mail, both will require a signature and should arrive the following working day. 

Returns : We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.  In cases where the item is not to your expectations or you change your mind, please contact us within seven days of receipt.
