Title: top of my list
I have now used E beads for most of this year and they have become top of my list for most of my beading needs. I have never experienced any problems, however when I have had to call the staff are always very helpful. If there has been a hitch at their end the communication has been second to none.... I may add they have only had to call me approx twice this year and the queries have always been dealt with very efficiently etc.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!!!!! |

Dear Everyone at E-Beads
The postman has just brought my order and I am VERY pleased! It is always a good thing to do - make a cup of tea and open my little packet at the same time. A nice mid-morning treat!
Actually, our postman was quite curious this morning about the little packets you keep sending me and when I told him I make bead jewellery, he said "Well, you must make a lot because I am always bringing these little packets."
I told him that there is an saying in the Bead World - You can never have enough beads.
He said "That's your excuse!"

Title: less than 24hrs
I had run out of a certain colour swarovski crystal and needed them urgently and usually order from oversea's and would not be able to wait, so I decided to try some UK companies although they are usually more expensive which on most sites they was, not only that but P&P charges were very high aswell, that was untill I found e-beads I could not believe they actually stocked the colour I needed which I had difficulty finding them on other Uk sellers , and to top it off the prices were great aswell as the P&P charges. to my suprise I got my post at 9.00am the following day and there was my crystals I had ordered less than 24hrs ago.
E-beads are 2nd to none with customer service, good quality and good priced stock I will definatly be back in the near future.
