Picture Frame findings are cast in Pewter in the USA. They are individually hand buffed. The plating is 24K gold and the antique look of the past is created with one more final step, oxidation. This raised tag is a flat open slate for creating. Both sides are usable. The front surface is flat and raised. The back has a raised frame with an indented center.
